Meet our President
When it comes to the hard work of exploring complex ideas, Rebecca Paradiso de Sayu, PhD, MSW, BCC is energized by partnering with organizations to create strategic roadmaps to address the issue at hand. Having worked in a variety of settings including academia, healthcare systems, start-up companies, nonprofit organizations, and grassroots coalitions, she understands the problems organizations face. They are often time-sensitive, involve complex human experiences and, frankly, can feel paralyzing.
As an experienced researcher, evaluator and organizational coach, Rebecca sees opportunities for clarity and strategy amidst challenges. She strives to co-create clear and actionable plans with her clients and is well-versed in the practices she teaches. Most recently, she directed a four-agency statewide collaborative, evaluating its progress toward social impact and sharing lessons learned with diverse stakeholder audiences. She has also supported the development and evaluation of several programs. These ranged in topics from the disproportionate burden of cancer in medically underserved communities; the health and informational needs of Latino parents of children with autism; and broad sweeping organizational efforts to better serve historically marginalized communities. When she’s away from work, Rebecca cherishes time with family and friends. As someone who loves people and exploring, Rebecca enjoys every opportunity to travel and experience new adventures. She is fortunate to be a part of a bicultural and bilingual (English-Spanish) family that celebrates the gifts that diversity offers, a value she brings to her work at ECE Partners, LLC. Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There she earned her Masters and PhD in Social Welfare with an emphasis on participatory research and evaluation methodologies. She is a Licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker and a Board Certified Coach specializing in organizational development and well-being.Our Team
