Taking an Equity-based Approach?
Kerry Zaleski has over 20 years of experience as a culturally responsive program specialist focused on maximizing the effectiveness of services, programs and systems, eliminating structural violence and achieving social justice through collective learning and action across sectors, disciplines and levels of power. Her skillsets include: capacity building in participatory methods and empowerment approaches for engaging diverse and underrepresented voices in assessing their own context, root cause analysis, priority setting, program development, mixed methods evaluation, storytelling, communicating results, effective messaging, data visualization and strategic planning.
With a background in stigmatized conditions and silenced epidemics, Kerry observes the world through the lenses of equity and justice and is a strong advocate for rights-based approaches to development.
